Legal Framework
Public Institutions
- INCDPM Bucharest develops activities of training, improvement and occupational formation in the occupational safety area through forming and improvement courses of middle level and post graduation improvement courses in conformity with the law. INCDPM training courses offer.
Labour Inspection organizes courses, ensures consultancy and speciality assistance for the professional formation and improvement of the personnel developing activity in the occupational safety area - The University of Petrosani organizes post graduation courses and Ph.D. stages in the OSH area
- The University of Bucharest, Faculty of Chemistry, organizes a post-graduation training course i.e. “The Occupational Environment Control and Protection” in collaboration with the Bucharest Public Health Institute and National Institute for Expertise and Recuperation of Work Capacity
- The “Carol Davila” Medicine and Pharmaceutics University - Chair of Occupational Medicine organizes graduation and post-graduation courses on occupational medicine
- “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu organizes master courses on the “OSH and Working Relations Management”, for two semesters and post-graduation courses of specialization on the “Basis of OSH and Working Relations Management”, for one semester. Educational plan and registration forms requested.
- The Public Health Institute organizes formation courses on preventive medicine for physicians and other professional categories besides the medical personnel
- The Occupational Disease Clinics of Colentina Hospital of Bucharest develops forming and information activities on occupational risks for the employers and employees.
- The Occupational Medicine Clinics of Cluj-Napoca organizes educational programmes for physicians and other categories of personnel in the area of occupational diseases and occupational medicine respectively
Private Institutions
- The Miners Professional Association of Romania organizes improvement courses for the personnel in the mining industry
